Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bd9k ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of all services, games, betting markets, payment functions, and content available at bd9k.io and any associated mobile or web applications operated under the bd9k brand.

By completing the account registration process, by accessing the bd9k platform, or by placing any bet or wager through any bd9k service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bd9k platform and close your account.

bd9k reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice beyond a notification to registered players via their account email. Your continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with bd9k, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bd9k strictly enforces this age requirement. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately closed, all gameplay declared void, and any deposited funds returned at bd9k's sole discretion after identity verification.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute and where you have been formally notified of that prohibition.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of bd9k or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order placed through bd9k's own responsible gaming tools or through any third-party gambling self-exclusion register.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register exactly one (1) bd9k account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or any combination of identifying information — is strictly prohibited. bd9k employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. All accounts found to be duplicates will be permanently closed and any associated balances, bonuses, and pending bets will be forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bd9k account credentials, including your username and password. bd9k will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in with your credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you and you will be held fully responsible for it. bd9k reserves the right to refuse or reject any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any account at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that continued operation of that account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform, violates these Terms, or conflicts with our responsible gaming obligations.

Deposits & Withdrawals

bd9k supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and bd9k reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment options at any time.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are subject to the specific payment method selected and are displayed in the player's account dashboard at the time of requesting a withdrawal. bd9k aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of any required identity verification.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted under any circumstances.
• bd9k does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which bd9k bears no responsibility.
• Funds deposited into your bd9k account must be used for betting and gaming activity. bd9k reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests where there is no reasonable evidence of genuine gameplay activity following a deposit.
• bd9k operates anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures. Unusual or suspicious financial activity on any account may trigger a review, during which deposits and withdrawals may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your account, bd9k reserves the right to correct the balance without prior notice and to recover any amounts incorrectly credited, including from future deposits or winnings.

Bonuses & Promotions

bd9k offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made.

The following general rules apply to all bd9k bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, and payment method unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.

• In cases where a bonus has been awarded in error, bd9k reserves the right to reclaim the full bonus amount and any winnings derived from it.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on bd9k are subject to the specific rules of the sport, event, or game type selected. Sports betting rules, including rules governing void bets, abandoned events, and settlement procedures, are published in the bd9k sports betting rules section. Casino game rules are governed by the rules published by the individual game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others) and are accessible directly from within each game.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by bd9k's system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. bd9k reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at an incorrect price due to a manifest error, pricing error, or technical fault. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account in full.

• In-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time without notice, particularly in response to live events such as injuries, red cards, or weather interruptions.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and vary by event, market type, and player account history. These limits are enforced automatically by the bd9k system.
• For live casino games streamed via Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, the game provider's decision on game outcomes is final and binding.
• bd9k reserves the right to withhold payment of winnings pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that a bet was placed using insider information, through system exploitation, or in collaboration with other players in a manner that constitutes match-fixing or collusion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd9k platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, without prejudice to any other legal remedies available to bd9k:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with casino games, or exploit promotions.
• Exploiting any software bug, game glitch, pricing error, or technical vulnerability for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to guarantee profit from bd9k bonuses or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets in live poker or casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the bd9k platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Registering multiple accounts, sharing accounts with other individuals, or using another person's payment details to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Accessing the bd9k platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or concealing account activity.
• Making any false, misleading, or fraudulent statements to bd9k support staff or compliance officers in connection with account verification, dispute resolution, or any other matter.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd9k, its directors, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from normal gambling activity or unfavourable bet outcomes.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical faults, or events outside bd9k's reasonable control (including internet outages, server failures, or force majeure events).
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or settlement that are corrected pursuant to these Terms.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the bd9k platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content.

Privacy & Data Protection

Account Termination

bd9k reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Engaging in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 of these Terms.

• A player's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.

Upon closure of an account for any reason, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of bonuses and voided winnings) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of identity verification and provided no outstanding investigations are pending.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bd9k is incorporated as an offshore platform. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or to your use of the bd9k platform, shall first be referred to bd9k's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of submission, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration conducted in English. bd9k's decisions in relation to account management, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject only to demonstrable manifest error.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may hold under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
